At Deepa Salt Supplier, customer trust is everything. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.
This policy explains eligibility, timelines, and the steps to request a return, replacement, or refund.
For faster handling, please keep your Order ID / Invoice number ready and share clear photos (and an unboxing video if possible).
1) Return & Replacement Eligibility
- Retail orders (consumer packs): Returns/replacements accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, wrong or missing items.
- Bulk/B2B orders: Report issues (transit damage, quality concerns) within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition and packaging. Opened/used products are not returnable unless the issue is a verified manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered.
- Quality concerns will be reviewed by our QC team; we may request photos, batch details, or samples.
2) What You’ll Need
- Order ID / Invoice number
- Clear photos of the product, outer box, and shipping label (in case of damage/wrong item)
- Unboxing video (recommended for quicker resolution)
3) How to Raise a Return/Replacement Request

- Share your Order ID and supporting photos/video.
- We’ll review and issue a Return Authorization (RMA) with pickup or drop-off guidance.
- Keep items unused and in original packaging until pickup.
4) Refund Timelines & Method
- Processing: Refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days after the returned item passes QC at our facility.
- Credit: Amount reflects to the original payment method in 5–7 business days (bank/UPI timelines may vary).
- Shipping fees: If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong item delivered by us, we bear the return shipping. For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping is customer-paid.
5) Replacement Policy
- If eligible, we can send a replacement for the same item/variant.
- Dispatch time: Typically 3–7 days after approval (stock & location dependent).
6) Non-returnable Items
- Opened or partially used food products (unless defective/wrong item).
- Custom or special bulk orders made to specification.
- Items without original packaging, labels, or tampered seals.
7) Order Cancellation
- Before dispatch: You may request cancellation via WhatsApp, call, or email; full refund if not shipped.
- After dispatch: Please refuse delivery or raise a return request after delivery as per the policy above.
8) Service Area & Shipping
We currently serve Delhi & Haryana for retail and bulk orders. Shipping and pickup availability may vary by pincode.
